What You’ll Do

• Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems to diagnose issues and determine needed repairs
• Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts
• Test system performance and efficiency using industry‑standard tools and equipment
• Install, repair, or replace defective components in HVAC systems
• Recommend system upgrades or enhancements to improve performance and energy efficiency
• Maintain accurate and complete records of all work performed
• Follow all safety regulations and guidelines while performing service and repair tasks

What You Need

• Minimum 1 year of residential HVAC service experience
• Working knowledge of HVAC codes, standards, and safety procedures
• Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory
Sales and customer service experience required
• Must pass motor vehicle check, background check, and drug screening
• Excellent customer service skills; reliable, professional, and trustworthy
• Physical dexterity and ability to perform service‑related tasks

Compensation:
Competitive annual pay $75,000–$100,000, based on experience and qualifications.
Additional earnings available through our performance‑based incentive program.
