• Execute high-quality HVAC installations that meet and exceed industry standards, ensuring long-term performance and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to streamline workflows and support smooth daily operations.
• Safely and responsibly operate and maintain company vehicles.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences by reviewing work orders, planning efficient routes, addressing customer needs, performing precise installations, and solving complex technical challenges.
• Request necessary parts and equipment ahead of each job and ensure your vehicle is fully and accurately stocked.
• Document work performed in alignment with company procedures.
• Support a culture of learning by mentoring teammates and sharing knowledge across the crew.
• Maintain personal tools and equipment in proper working condition.
• Stay up to date on HVAC codes, best practices, and safety standards.
• Present a professional appearance and demeanor in all work environments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.
• Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience with demonstrated technical expertise.
• Valid local driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong technical proficiency in modern HVAC systems and exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions.
• Proficiency in safely operating and maintaining HVAC tools and equipment.
• Clear background check, drug screening, and MVR.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
